This will serve as your notice that there will be no automatic renewal of your contract at the end of this current term. We have grown significantly the past several years and we want to offer our fewer suppliers a greater volume as we consider future agreements. You will be given an opportunity to bid on your service and products from central purchasing at the proper time if you so desire. No contract will be considered or accepted with such clause in it.
Additionally, an Officer of Our Company must sign any contract over $500 in cost, or 30 days in term.
