Valley Truck Centers COVID 19 Operational Update

COVID-19 In-Store Update 3/23/20

We wanted to provide some insight as to our current operations:

  • We have been deemed by the Federal Government, and The State of Ohio as an Essential Business, and are thus open!
  • We are here to support our first responders, freight hauling companies, and anyone involved in keeping state, federal, and interstate commerce and operations alive!
  • If you have an online inquiry, we have chat capability, or you can call into the office and your call will be sent directly to our staff to help!
  • Our virtual (digital website) showroom is open 24/7 and we will have a salesperson available during our service hours to answer texts, emails, phone calls, and lead inquiries. 
  • Our Service & Parts Departments have been deemed an "Essential Business" and will be open Monday through Saturday (at most locations) with some modifications (described below).
  • Parts and Service will be coordinated through curbside delivery, drop off, and pick up with employees meeting you at the door or coordinating a place to either drop off at your business or pick up at one of our locations to ensure social distancing to the best of our abilities.
  • All of our stores are undergoing hourly cleaning internally, and daily professionally including professional steam cleaning and CDC certified solvents designed to ensure the death of COVID 19.
  • Our store phone numbers are all still available during those service hours for any and all questions you may have. Also, feel free to email us or send an online contact inquiry via our website.

    Parts and Service Department Updates

     
  • Our parts and service departments are staffed and operational, however, we are asking that you call ahead to coordinate parts and service pick-up and drop off.
    • We will handle everything curbside!
  • Our staff will be utilizing gloves, masks, and a strict cleaning and fogging protocol to ensure the safe boarding of customer units, and ensure our staff and your safety.

Other Business Updates
  • We have installed many digital upgrades to our website and truck listings to better help you to shop online. Almost every truck in our inventory has pictures and walk around videos.
  • Our showroom is open with limited seating capacity.
  • You can now schedule a Facetime Walk Around with one of our Sales Staff for a personalized walkthrough of features you want to see.
  • You can purchase a truck from us essentially online and via phone/email without visiting the store.
  • Our credit application is available online on our website as well.
  • You can also place a deposit to hold a truck and do a curbside pickup of that truck if you like.
  • If you purchase the truck with us online we can also schedule a pickup/delivery date later on.
